Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds for Verified Lotteries

Once a lottery number is verified and a result is generated, no refund or cancellation is permitted under any circumstance.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, they must contact our support team within 24 hours with proof. Once verified, a refund may be issued within 7 working days.

3. Cancellation Requests

Requests for cancellation will be considered only if made before lottery verification begins. Once processed, the lottery verification fee is non-refundable.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be made via the original method of payment or UPI/bank transfer. Processing fees may apply.
